Credit agreements-RBS

I am currently in a DMP with Payplan which has been running since January 2009. All creditors have frozen interest which Iam so grateful for. I want to pay every penny back as I spent the money.
I dont really want to upset the apple cart by asking for credit agreements, however would like advice regarding a Royal Bank of Scotland credit card with an outstanding balance of £12,000+. I have had the card since I was 19 and Iam 42 now so the likelyhood of them having a signed agreement is slim I think.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated - thank you xxx

Hi Westie, well done on your DMP, i dont really know the answer to the RBS Credit agreement sorry!! I too am with Payplan and was wondering if you could tell me how you went about finding out whether all the interest has been stopped with the different creditors. When i ask payplan they just say you will get statemements from your creditors this should tell you, although i have been on the DMP since March 09 and the only creditor that has sent me anything is HBOS and they have froze the interest. Any ideas?
