Have had some wonderful support and advice since joining this site on Sunday, so once again, a huge thank you... I only have about 50,000 questions left to ask... Some really basic probably, but please can anyone fill me in? I feel very stupid, I should probably know this stuff...
1. My IVA company petitioned for my bankruptcy, so what BR costs do I have to pay?
Will be back shortly with the other 49,999...

If the IVA co. is petitioning for your BR then you pay nothing. If you are petitioning then it is £510 with a remission of £150 is you are on benefits or low income.
You may get a Nil Tax code, which means that you will not be paying your tax to the taxman and it will appear in your wage, you then keep this and pay it to a firm called Moon Beever who collect on behalf of the OR.
If you have a surplus of over £99 after essential outgoing have been agreed with the OR then you will pay an IPA., This is a percentage of your surplus which will be paid to the OR via Monn Beever.
