Ad for the Dividend

So lets say you go BR.

There is no Ad in the paper.

You pay an IPA.

Does the OR always put an Ad in the press – telling creditors what the dividend is?

Hmmm, in england, no, as it is not financialy warrented, in most cases of personel BR, i have heard it meantioned about twice, that the dividend was published, but i can not remember the details, but the little voice in my head says it was not in england, but may be wrong..........
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(
  • I've seen 4 or 5 recently in our paper. Most business related with the dividend and 1 was a private individual who went BR 3 years ago and they were publishing dividends for her.

    Thanks tigerfeet,

I'm just thinking - the "dividend Ads" that appear now would be for Bankruptcies at least a year ago.

When there would have been an initial "you are BR" Ad.

As its now rare to get an initial Ad - I'm wondering if the OR's will stop doing "dividend Ads"

It'll save costs because the public notice section in the local papers are one of the most expensive places to advertise.
