So lets say you go BR.
There is no Ad in the paper.
You pay an IPA.
Does the OR always put an Ad in the press – telling creditors what the dividend is?

I've seen 4 or 5 recently in our paper. Most business related with the dividend and 1 was a private individual who went BR 3 years ago and they were publishing dividends for her.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Thanks tigerfeet,
I'm just thinking - the "dividend Ads" that appear now would be for Bankruptcies at least a year ago.
When there would have been an initial "you are BR" Ad.
As its now rare to get an initial Ad - I'm wondering if the OR's will stop doing "dividend Ads"
It'll save costs because the public notice section in the local papers are one of the most expensive places to advertise.0
