Credit Rating question

I have just accesed my Experian account for the first time. My score is 650, however there is a mistake on there. When i changed banks from Abbey they charged me £25 a month for four months leaving me -£100 which i succesfully claimed back with a call. However exactly the same thing happenend again and i succesfully claimed the money back after 5 months.

My experian account is showing two defaults, showing red signs saying took 4 months to pay off, also says i still owe them £107 which is incorrect as its £0.

Just wondering how much is this affecting my credit score, i have been turned down for 2 loans this year do you think this has seriously affected my score or is 650 low anyway.

Any help much appreciated thanks.
