Freezing Tomato Juice

Hi there,
Can anyone tell me if you can freeze Tomato juice?
I buy it for my dog believe it or not, as it is supposed to stop her urine from burning the grass, but she only gets two tablespoons a day so I'm buying cartons and throwing them away almost full but going off.:o
Or any ideas what to do with the spare stuff?
Thanks a lot

I would freeze it into ice cube trays, then when they were set, i'd empty em into a plastic bag so i could use the trays again....never heard of tomato juice for your dog to stop the burn marks on your grass....does it work and how do you give it to her? just added to her food?0

Thanks Mandy-moo-1,
that's what i thought but wasn't sure as I didn't want to upset her tum if it doesn't work, I will give it a try.
Yes it does work although it took a wee while for us to notice as the grass was already damaged but it is def not getting any worse.
I just put it in her food and being a greedy lab she laps it up.
It was a nurse who recommended i try it but I can't remember the tech jargon she used but apparantely it neutralises the urine, and doesn't harm her.:pwould like to make it known it is not a DHN, she's dancing

Thanx for the tip...might give it a go with my doggy xx0

They sell something called Green-um in petshops which does this too. You put a tablet in the dog's food and it neutralises the wee! Some people don't give it the dog but crush it and put it in the watering can to water the area where the dogs go to the loo instead too!0

.............................. Bloody Mary sounds good to me :rotfl:0

Just to add - tomato ketchup neutralises "eau de fox poo"
Just rub it in and shower off0 -
