NATIONWIDE TO RELY ON TIME BARS SET BY ENDOWMENT PROVIDERS
Nationwide Building Society will start to rely on time bar dates set by insurance companies in red reprojection letters from 8 May 2006. This will only affect complaints made for the first time after 8 May

There was an interesting article in Guardian Money, though, explaining that the law on which time-barring relies may be challengable in some cases:
Endowment court victory renews hope for compensation claims
