hi im about to file for br (well in the next month )
i have a car on hp , ive paid around 4500, there is still around 9000 left to pay on the agreement and the car is worth about 10000.
the agreement does have a bankruptcy clause .
ive not missed any payments for the car .
does any body know what happens in this situation .
am i best off not paying them and letting the car get repoed and saving the money to buy another.
or would i be able to keep the car ??
im relly not sure what to do

What does the bankruptcy clause actually say?
Does it say they 'will' or 'may' take the car if you go BR.
If they're going to take it anyway there's not much point in making anymore payments.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
