Hi guys i can't claim my prize as the email they sent me the link doesn't work, also tried the copy and paste but all it does it take me to site and tells me i can't play again.

Dont worry about it, the same thing hapened to me when i won. Thought i had lost it but about 2 weeks later i got an email from them asking for my address. So they must have it logged and come back to you if you make a mistake.0

This happened to me too... i have to copy and paste the link into firefox instead of internet explorer... you can download forefox for free.. i use both ie and ffBACK and READY..... waiting on Royal Mail!!!0

I won this at the beginning of September and never recieved a thing :rolleyes:
I think it takes about 6 weeks for them to arrive. I won at the beginning of September, and remember thinking that it should arrive mid October - so all is not lost!
The last one I won seemed to take ages to arrive, but I got it in the end.
