claiming back bank charges etc

I refer to an earlier thread re claiming back excessive charges...and hav read through Martins notes...does this include situations wherby u hav exceeded a overdraft limit and been clobbered?

Also, some people hav mentioned credit card companies..and yet Martin doesnt refer to them ..not the consumer action group...i hav one particular credit card wher almost the entire £500 balance is made up of charges....anyone help?

Yes, you can claim for it all. There is a wealth of info on this already, both on threads on MSE, and in the FAQs on the consumer action group website.
