1 husband has 6 late payments on credit check all credit cards that were payed later than due date
2 we own our own company thats only run for a year but made a profit and not yet done end of year accounts
3 will all banks require a copy of company accounts or just proof of income halifax our bank have not mentioned it yet
4 we earn £2058 each after tax per month will this be enough
5are we better approaching a lender that deals with people in our situation and who work for themselves and who are they

1. Big problem.
2. Most lenders will want 2 or 3 years accounts in the current market.
3. Halifax will want accounts.
4. To borrow £200k? Doubt it. Is that how much you want to borrow?
5. Or a broker who has that sort of expertise. Although I suspect a magician might be more appropriate.
Self employed, no accounts, looking to borrow 6 or 7 times income, slightly patchy credit history in the middle of a recession caused by the lack of availability of mortgage funds.
I think you're struggling. Sorry.0 -
Yeah, you've got no chance, sorry.poppy100
