I was made BR last friday and today I have received confirmation of my OR interview ( 14th September ) .He has asked for only 12 months worth of statements 3 wage slips and any loan agreememts ,is this normal practice ? I must also go through my SOA and make notes of any large transactions.Surely they would require more info ?
Since BR last week I have signed a new tenancy agreement with a different LL should I phone the OR tommorow and let them know straight away about change in circumstances?

I would probably wait until interview to tell OR change of circumstances.

And yes it is normal to ask for that sort of stuff especially if it is straight forward.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

That's standard practise (well we were asked for the same things) don't worry about it though. I couldn't send statements as they didn't arrive in time or pay slips, infact she conducted the interview without the paperwork as it was bank holiday and they didn't receive it in time. Absolutely fine but that might have been because I rang yesterday as I knew they wouldn't receive hem in time. I wasn't interviewed by the OR either, it was an examiner who was lovely.0

Have your SOA to hand during your interview as the OR will go through it step by step (well, mine did starting at the beginning!) I made copious notes on mine beforehand & much rustling of paper (nerves )

I thought they would want a lot more ,any suggestions of things I should be making notes of before interview ? They say go over the SOA and make adjustments if needed ,well I will be paying a little more in rent ( extra £20 per month ).I really dont want my new LL to find out ,im ashamed that ive gone BR and I dont think he would be best pleased if he new that I was planning on going BR before he had even agreed to me renting his house ,was declared BR 28th August and he agreed to me renting house on 1st September.0

Most of my 'notes to myself' were questions tbh - about the house & my car & my new Bank account etc., but I did add further to my 'reasons for going BR' as I felt I'd kept it too short & sweet on my SOA. Also any adjustments/changes you might have made recently to your I&E (as in your increase in rent)
My biggest note to myself was 'DON"T WAFFLE ON!' which is easier said than done when you're very nervous & suffering long silences from the other end of the wire whilst OR is writing
