I am heading to court tomorrow brighton to file for BR,and am brickin it.

    Best of luck for tomorrow Skint - they're all really friendly & helpful at the Brighton Court so don't worry you'll be fine - I didn't get to see the Judge - my OH did on his 'day' & said she was also very nice :)

  • It's not nearly as bad as you may anticipate - in fact quite the opposite! It'll go smoothly and it'll surprise you. Hope all goes well. You'll get a great night's sleep afterwards!

    I promise it's not scary. I went BR 2 weeks ago and felt the same as you. It's largely a tedious affair rather than a scary one! Hope the same can be said about the OR interview though!

  • thanks for all support so far,the deed was done at 10.42 this morning fairly quick didnt see judge worst part was the car park fees 6 quid! Am relieved a bit but am waiting contact from the OR the court said they will contact in a couple of days.
