5. pay my mum back
now for some more sensible answers please so I can get this sorted.

remember
You only live once.. its only money0 -
1. car
2. books for school
3. 2 years bus pass
So in summary,
As well as your other living costs you are going to run a car on £35 a week and some of this new borrowing that you are going to pay a lot of interest on is to repay a previous loan from your Mum which I guess is interest free. Is unstoozing a word?
However you are 100% sure that you won't lose your part-time job and the next few years and your philosophy is "You only live once.. its only money"
This all depends on your sister being able to get a loan (using up a chunk of her available credit - if any exists) and giving it all to you.
PLEASE someone else try and explain to our friend Tom Smith about this!!!
several have tried in this and his previous posts trying to borrow £2k, £3k & £4k.0 -
Fair play for trying but I can't afford to run a car on my wage + 2nd job + 3rd job + living costs, so good luck!0

Bless you for trying:D
I hope his sister says no, for his own sake anyway, i got myself into a lot of trouble with money at 18, car on finance, credit card, overdraft etc, and i am paying for that stupididty now by having a bad credit score so am forced to only buy what i can afford in cash. Thank god.
OP you can not run a car and live on such a short amount of money.
What about car insurance? Have you checked hoe much that will cost you? Petrol has gone up, Tax and M.O.T.'s are NOT cheap, if you do manage can you please tell everyone how you did this?? You would be ....:money:0 -

I suspect the 2 year bus pass is his back up plan.

If your sister lends you this money, which you clearly cannot afford to pay back, she needs a brain scan.
BTW....how are you going to insure/tax this car with only £35 per week left? Your insurance at 18 years old would be £1000+ per year regardless of what car you bought.
(Maybe you could tap her up for £10K instead :rotfl:)0 -
Oh to be so young and stupid again.
I truly miss it.0 -
Anyone else think all this advice is falling on deaf ears???0

He will probably get the money if his sister is as dim as he appears.0
