and one of the cereals with a very high salt content. Not a very healthy choice unfortunately.0 -
Thats the price of the taste.
I normally have oats / museli BUT sometimes get tempted by the odd over processed cereal!
I suppose I better get back to my oats then!!!0 -
I do indulge from time to time- but they're not nearly as cinnamonneneney as they used to be.

apparently, due to poor sales, Nestlè discontinued them a couple of years ago.0 -
Sugar! Thats why your taste buds like them so much! be careful- its a very easy way to overeat- try this: actually weigh out the recommended 30 grams of cereal in a bowl- scary just how much a "normal" portion really weighs- sometimes more energy in a bowl with milk then in burger meal!0

But not much more than the kids "healthy" favourite rice krispies, and the same as cornflakes.
I know which ones I'd rather scoff

loving this idea, i can't justify spending over £2 a box for the curiously cinnamon so that's why i don't buy it and stick to my 46p sainsburys basic cornflakes but tommorrow morning i am raiding my spice cupboard and trying this one out:D:j:j:j0
