BR forms online

What are the advantages of completing the forms online? Do you still need to take in 3 copies of them, if you've done them online?

Thanks :)

I completed my forms on line over a period of a few days. It was easier on my wrists than writing would have been that's for sure. I took 3 copies to court, the lady that dealt with my case only took 2 - but that may just be what that court does. All the best.

  • Thanks iquit! So you don't submit them online then?

you do....BUT you also need to print copies off for court etc (so you need to find out at the court how many copies you'll need...no point printing loads if you dont need to!) :D

  • Ok - when I called the court they said I needed 3 copies but I didn't ask if I still needed 3, if I was submitting them online.

You still need to take in 3 copies. 1 will go to the court for filing, 1 to the OR and the other they will give back to you for your records.

eah, echo what every one else has said. When you file online your details are kept in the system but you still have to print off three copies to take with you (if thats what court asks for)

I felt much more organised filling the forms online with very little error for missing things out. Everything was saved and I was able to complete it over a few days.
  • that's what i liked about doing them online - they won't let you complete if you have missed a bit!

I found it easier to do them by hand but that is just a personal choice. Doesn't really matter.
