    Bit of gender stereotyping?
BTW - if this was a realistic baby wouldn't the manufacturers find a way of making them really cheap to acquire, and nightmarishly expensive to keep for the next 30 years? :D

They have, there is an extensive range of food, nappies, clothes and accessories for this doll. The manufactures are also nice enough to enclose a full colour catalogue of these 'extras' with every doll/accessory.

The worst thing though is that the dolls accessories like for like cost more than for real babies.

true, thats why we get premature pampers nappies .... much cheaper and they fit perfectly. The clothes you can get a lot cheaper too if you or your child doesn't mind not having the logo on it .... we got 4 sets for £3.99 ... think it was from Empire.
I can say whatever I like here ... 'cos no one can see me .. ner ner ner ner ner !!!....

How do you know I ain't sitting here butt naked?!?!

I thunk I've made you think for a minute!

Perhaps it's just me but I'm kinda hoping to steer my little girl away from stereotypical and rubbish plastic toys. Definate "no no's" will be "Bratz" and similar junk.

What's scary is I'm only 29 but I can already hear the words "When I was young we played outside...". I'm hoping I can steer her toward creative things like Lego etc.
