BR helped me at work!

I work in payroll and took a call today from someone desparately wanting to change their bank details before the payroll cut off date - which is today!
As soon as they mentioned that the payment cannot go into the existing account because they are BR my ears pricked up! I bent over backwards for them (about 5 phone calls and emails with pdf's etc) to get the new bank details approved and on the system and he then phoned up my boss and thanked my professional attitude and hard work!
BR is going well for me so far - will make the most of the calm before the possible storm that is my OR interview on Friday - although i'm not that nervous about that!

Nice one wayforward!!,
Hope you work for my company when my time comes0 -
A little bit of knowledge eh?! What's that about walking in another mans shoes. It really does help when people (customer service) know what they're talking about and can either sympathise or at least empathise.
Good on you matey. That person may be on the boards!
