In all fairness for the same price, you can probably buy a "trendy" two bedroom apartment in a "fashionable" area of London.
I know where i'd choose"For those who understand, no explanation is necessary. Those who don't understand, dont matter."0 -
Chek Whyte owns it, hence my posting it on this thread... I know I'm one for obtuse personal references, but surely even I'm not that irrelevant!
And yes, 5 bedrooms does seem somewhat disproportionate...0 -
I didn't even start – seeing clips from it made it obvious to me what it was about.
Yes but rather than argue over it, I prefered to take the 'I told you so' route with my wifeChuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

I tried to look at the size of them, but then there's an apartment, a guest suite, a cinema, a leisure complex wing... there's plenty of scope to reassign lots of the rooms.
Bedroom 1: 24'1" x 20'0
Plus Dressing Room 1: 19'4"x11'6"
Plus large en-suite with bath
Bedroom 2: 18'10"x14'10"
Plus large en-suite with bath
Bedroom 3: 23'9"x16'11"
Plus large en-suite with bath
Bedroom 4: 19'6"x16'1"
Plus large en-suite (13'9x9'7")
The Guest Suite has a sitting room and kitchen and bathroom plus:
Bedroom 5: 13'11"x13'3"
Bedroom 6: 15'5"x13'7"
The layout plan is rubbish because it's all in wings and on different floors etc - so doesn't include everything.
Brochure would take an hour to compile into a comprehensible list of rooms.
He'll only be paying Council Tax Band H I bet, "Band H - Property worth over £320,000" at about £3000.0 -
We could all club together and buy it as an investment.

With five beds? Can you imagine trying to keep some of our less than loved up pairs apart?
I've seen much better things we could invest/commne in for that amount of money. Far better
ETA: PN would be able to find even more. a nice hamlet or something..0 -
