I have been sent an income expenditure form as the first step towards early discharge, can someone cast a glance and see if i have anything glaringly obvious, or too high. our total income is benefits - ive included my child benefit in the figure.
its made up of
ESA - £358
housing benefit - £250
CT benefit
CB - 80
Child tax credit - £213
my partner (well soon to be ex) doesnt contribute anything right now as he is jsa has stopped and is on 40 a week - which all goes on the car and seeing his son. (i have use of the car)
do i need to put anything in for car use (i have covered my bit under any other travel)?

Looks fine to me and as your sole income is benefits you won't need to worry about an IPA.

the phone includes the virgin package and my mobile (only a payg) but can tweak it and add in somewhere else.
Yes includes my ex - we are still living together til council rehouses him, but the benefits still stand as everything i get
the £75 is the massive (sarcasm) amount i get in maintenance.
but like you say ive not added in bits, and as its all benefits im not worried..will tweak and send0 -
