Having probs with Payplan

I thought they were fantastic at the start.
Basically, aside from my other debts. I have a personal loan with Natwest, my bank. I was advised by the nice man not to worry about cancelling this DD as they will refuse anyway (which they did because I tried anyway) and they will take care of it for me.
I then receive a letter from my case manager saying my debtors have now been contacted excluding my bank (if applicable). In my case, it is applicable. Then they told me to start making my payments to Payplan (which I have 179.00) but then I tried calling, there was no answer so I emailed.
I basically said hold up, I am not paying you AND paying the DD to Natwest when I was told it would be sorted. I haven't received a reply, I sent this email around Thursday/Friday.
What will happen now? Natwest will hardly give me a refund when it is a debt and that itself is 145.00 - then I am paying Payplan 179.00.
What can I do? Why havent they contacted my bank exactly??

I have PMd the number. I have not advertised on the board for obvious reasons. WHen you phone them and you may get them before 1830 ask them to send you a justabank logon - they can email it to you!
Any more questions just ask. I'm at the stage where most of my offers have been accepted and I've noticed a lot of my emails are going unanswered for weeks. Its beccaue they are so busy.
Good luck.

I've put a post in your basic bank account thread that you should read.
