does any one know of any free health and beauty sites any food sites that i should contact that you know send stuff also any coupons in magazines for free samples or free stuff will be helpful thanks

I called them about a week ago and asked for some samples of there shower gel and the sent me 3 really nice mini bottles. Only took 4 days to arrive.
