    The only way to find out if you will be accepted for that size of mortgage is to apply. Most lenders will give you a quick "in principle" decision.

    Use Money Supermarket or one of the other comparison web sites to help find the best deal for you.

    But if you do not know if you will fit the lenders criteria, you could be advising the OP to apply to all the lenders on moneysupermarket, when they may be declined. Too many credit searches against you, could also cause the OP problems.

    A word with a Whole of market mortgage adviser will be able to point you in the right direction.
