well its 8 days to go now before br & im pooping it. this must be normal but god help me on thursday next week. what will i be like then.:eek:

You'll be fine. It feels like the calm before the storm. But you get there and it's only a shower!

I think the courts the easy bit, it's the OR interview that I worried about.

You wouldn't be human if you weren't nervous about going bankrupt - but the whole court experience really is just a formality and is very straightforward.

Court is a breeze - don't worry - it's more tedious than anything. I'm dreading my OR interview - THAT won't be a breeze I'm sure!

thanks guys. i fell a little better. oh come on im a grown man. soundling like a wimp. im sure i wll have questions before next week & will update on all that happens as my wife is going through the same, both going br. dammmm.

My OR interview was complicated by the fact that we were closing a family business (they needed all books and accounts) and they interviewed my brother (business partner) with me at the same time - and even that wasn't too stressfull! Just answer the questions they ask and try not to pad things out.

The most stressful part was finding somewhere to park in Leicester and make sure we got there on time!
