Morning all!
Ive just looked in the fridge, and Ive got 8 'muller corner' type yogurts that need to be used by tomorrow! Obviously Im not THAT greedy, so what can I do with them?
I dont want them going to waste, so im wondering if they could maybe be mixed together, and frozen, to make an 'ice cream' type effort?

Hi vik,
I've frozen yoghurt that I'm not going to use before it goes off and it's fine once defrosted and given a good stir.
There's an earlier thread with more opinions that may help:
Freezing yoghurt and fromage frais?
Or you might find some ways of using it on this thread:
some ideas for yoghurt recipes please
I'll add your thread to the first link later to keep the suggestions together.

You can freeze yoghurt and eat it from frozen instead of ice cream - put it into a plastic container and whisk it every half hour or so until it's frozen. I used to freeze Mullerlight vanilla with crushed Maltesers in it!Mortgage Free as of 03/07/2017 :beer:0

We have used these and other types of yoghurt out of date. Various things affect keeping quality. For instance, the yoghurts in our house tend to go in the 'beer' fridge, which is generally opened less frequently than the main one, so stays colder. If your shopping has come straight home and been put straight away that's good. If the shop has played its part in keeping stuff to temperature that helps.
The sniff test is quite a good one for yogurt!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

I just checked the best before date on mine. It's 6th of August. I've been eating them all week and (touch wood) not dead yet.0
