Cheaper Loans Against Pension?

Hi,
I am 38 so way off retirement and have a pension currently valued at around 35k. Post divorce I have debts of around 20k so was wondering if anyone knew of any reputable organisations that would allow me to borrow against the pension to enjoy lower interest rates. Repayments of around 250/month are affordable.
