Heres one I use for Golden Vegetable Rice, not sure about a rice cooker, sorry
Ingredients:
* 225 g plain white rice
* 1 onion
* 1 green pepper
* 1 red pepper
* 80 g green beans
* 80 g frozen peas
* 1 carrot
* 5 medium-sized mushrooms
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1 chicken or vegetable stock cube
* 1 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions:
1. Wash the green pepper, red pepper and green beans
2. Cut the stalk end off the green and red peppers and remove the seeds from inside
3. Cut both ends off the carrot and peel
4. Cut the green and red pepper, carrot, mushrooms and green beans into small squares
5. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces
6. Put the oil into a saucepan and heat until the oil is hot
7. Add the green and red pepper, carrot, mushrooms, green beans, peas and onion into the
saucepan and fry for 3-4 minutes
8. Add rice and fry for 1 minute
9. Crumble the stock cube into 500 ml of boiling water and stir until the cube is completely dissolved
10. Add the stock and the turmeric to the rice mixture - and bring to the boil
11. Put a lid on the saucepan and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes
12. Take the lid off and simmer for a further 5 minutes - until all the water is absorbed
13. Serve0 -
