free disney personalised place mat

Got mine today, ordered a disney princess one and a winnie the pooh one. They aren't bad, although with a laminator and the Disney website it'd be easy to make a better quality one.

Nevertheless, my siblings were thrilled!

hi, I had same error, ordered cars and received princesses. I've emailed both customer services and replied on the confirmation email as they suggested. Have had no response at all. Just got 'please try again later' when I phoned. What a shame!

Got mine last week, a slight bend in the top corner, but I placed a Next book on top of it and it seems to have sorted it out!

I emailed them but never got a reply so telephoned them and they were really helpful, it appears to have been an error on their website and had happened a few times.
