Cashback site Topcashback* is offering £2.80 when you sign up to a one-day free trial at one of the nationwide Fitness First gyms via it.

[title=http://images2.moneysavingexpert.com/images/dp/wtd_underline.gif]wtd_icon.gif How to do it
[/title]

  • Register at Topcashback. If you're not already a member, join Topcashback* (it's free).
  • Then click through from it to Fitness First. Once you're registered and being tracked at Topcashback, use its links to Fitness First, and you'll be on Fitness First's site, just like normal. Yet this way your actions are being tracked and if you purchase it'll be registered to you.
  • Print out a voucher entitling you to a free day at your local Fitness First.

For lots more free trials plus tips on cutting gym membership read the full Cheap Gyms guide.

[/title]

Cashback sites are specialist websites that list retailers/product providers and get paid if you click through them. Importantly they then give some or all of this cash to you. If you're new please read the Best Cashback Sites guide before continuing.

As cashback sites rely on retailers paying them, you can never count cashback as a sure thing until it's in your bank account.

* Using these links helps the site stay ad-free and free to use, as they’re ‘affiliated links’ which invisibly take you via price comparison services like Moneysupermarket or affiliate sites, this then means if you end up getting a product this site gets revenue

You shouldn’t notice any difference, the links don’t impact the product at all and the editorial line (the things we write) is NEVER impacted by the revenue. If it isn’t possible to get an affiliate link for the best product, its still listed in the same way. The following link topcashback.com is an identical unaffiliated link provided for the sake of transparency. Click on the following link for more details on how this site's financed.

  • Thanks very much for this Archna. Do you know if they just let you in to try the facilities or whether this deal is a bit like a time share presentation with hard-sell tactics during the day?

    Thanks. :D
