Not passed to rtlu-any significance?

Hi again all,

We're now so close to AD we can almost touch it :T, but neither of us have had our case passed to the rtlu. There are no assets involved, just an IPA for DH. As I'm a natural born worrier, I'm just checking it doesn't matter that we haven't been passed over to the rtlu and that it won't have any impact on our AD?

It will have no impact on your AD. I was never passed on either and just like clockwork I was discharge 12 months from BR date. You can even stay up until midnight on the night to see the insolvency register change! How long until your AD?

Thanks FYP! I hoped that was the case and that not everyone is transfered to the rtlu even when an IPA is involved.

I don't want to tempt fate (as some are aware a BRU was mentioned for us and hasn't yet come to fruition-I'm hoping against hope it's too late for it now!) but our AD is within the next few weeks. I will defo be staying up to watch the insolvency register change and will be on here whooping and cheering when it does!! =]
