Dmp vs das

On speaking to CCCS today regarding a few concerns I had today, they lovey girl suggested trying for a DAS. I was just wondering if anybody is on a DAS could give me there opinion on this. Im on a DMP the now.

  • Hi there. I'm not on a DAS myself but have checked out the information on it. The creditors have to freeze the interest on the accounts where as on a DMP they don't. You would also be protected from any legal action being taken against you as long as you keep up to date with your payments. Maybe have a look at the AIB website for more details. Just wanted to give you some pointers, but sure someone with more experience will be along later to help.

    Good Luck
