PAYPAL problems

I dont know if this is the right place to post this...so please move if needed..

I am having terrible problems with my paypal account and after lengthy and numerous calls to them the problem is still unsolved and I am still being charged a fortune by them.

I have had problems with them b4 so I emailed them close my account but they have left this unanswered ..seems they do not want u to close the acccount.

So they suddenly spring on me charges for the same transaction by someone I do not know...three times... the person put money and took it out of my paypal account 3 times in a space of 5 mins... and paypal charged me ....and in the end I didnot recieve any money from this person...cos I did not even ask for it..

so I have called paypal....and after about 1 hour on the phone...back to square one... unresolved..

Can anyone help??? are they covered by any ombudsman??
