Page 23 of the Times 2 supplement has a voucher worth £1.99 off Esquire magazine, barcoded and valid until 10th May 2006. The paper costs 60p

If you buy the Times in WH Smith up until Sunday you can get Virginia Andrews – Flowers in the Attic book for only 99p

Hiya stebiz - yes it does scan although my Tesco is tightening up on the duplicate vouchers so even though I have so far collected 6 of today's vouchers from the office paper racks I might have to use them over several visits. The one Supervisor now recognises me and will sift through my vouchers before they are scanned checking for duplicates :rolleyes: yours welshy x

make your shopping into two on the conveyerbelt and say half is for your mother/aunt etc and use the duplicates against the other shop!

Hiya sursister, might just try that, although I'm usually doing the huge family shop £100+ and I like it all to go in one batch, usually having various bonus/double point vouchers The odd thing is the supervisor is nowhere to be seen until the final total comes up ! and then she appears !

Slightly off topic I know but reading a weekly publication entitled "The Grocer" and as part of my research into a possible outbreak of bird flu in the UK, I found these offers/new products:

There is going to be a huge launch of Dairy Milk with creme egg :rotfl:
Tic Tac are launching Tic Tac Tropical Twist which will be part of a national radio/TV campaign with MAJOR sampling activity
Asda is launching an estate agent service, in the North East initially
Tescos is hoping to launch an "Argos" type home shopping catalogue by the end of the year.

Very soon promotional packs of 160 PG Tips will include a FREE football shaped mug. This is following the successful Wallace & Gromet mugs which increased PG Tips sales by 500%. So look out of them in the supermarkets shortly. :beer:

The Cadburys Creme Egg bar is already available in North Wales, had them for the past month. It tastes rather sickly. OK if you like the proper egg version.

Thanks Welshy. I popped out and got a paper yesterday.

I too am having a few issues with my supermarket. I have saved in excess of £1500 since joining this site (and that is within less than 2 months). Obviously this isn't all on food shopping but I am finding too that I am starting to be 'pin pointed' when I do my shop.

I'm going to post a thread about my savings elsewhere rather than hijack the thread.
