Slep Depot

Last year my husband and I purchased a superking bed from the above mentioned store with our debit card as we happened to have the cash spare and did not want to use our crediit card. Anyway they have gone bankrupt - no bed and no £1000.00 refund. The money has left our bank, but according to the creditors they never recieved the money as we bought on the saturday and the went in to admin on the monday. Our bank has said they are not responsible as our money has gone to the middle man, who is first data??? and they apparently can't retrieve it back. The finacial ombmidman say to go back to back and the circle starts again... please any advice?? I can't afford to loose that money i am now not working and havew a new baby?? thanks:eek:
