Early discharge forms

Hi,
I recieved forms for early discharge and asked to fill out IPOQ.
As i live with my dad and i am on benefits which i give to him as rent, do i have to fill out the househould income and expenses for his bills or is it just my own income and expenses.
If i do have to fill out his income and expenses, does this have any effect on the decision made.
