I have (for the zillionth time) completed my "causes". At the bottome it asks "have you lost money through betting or gamling"?
Probably a daft question......does this include the odd £10 spent online (will show on bank statements) for lottery/scratch cards?

In my view you wouldn't be lying if you no to that question. If you had spend £100's per month on the lottery maybe - but the odd £10 here and there is not going to have contributed to your current situation.

When I come out of court, I intend to go and buy a bottle of wine though for tomorrow night!lol.........well, that's if the judge does make me BR!!!!!
