I you saw adverts for companies in a newspaper, and their contact numbers were 0845, 0800 and mobile phone numbers for example, which one would you ring?
The 0800 number probably because its a free call.
All business should have an 0800 number they need to look after their customers. I am sure it is in there benefit as they will surely get more calls and more leads/ sales.
