Hi,
I notice people keep referring to maximum allowances on your SOA. Where can I find this list, to check that I'm not over the maximum allowed for any given item?
Many thanks

Hi maybee, this is a link to the official guidance on what is and is not allowed
http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/freedomofinformation/technical/TechnicalManual/Ch25-36/Chapter31/part7/part2/part_2.htm
and the amounts in this spreadsheet

Thanks debtinfo. The amounts in that spreadsheet were done some time ago and most ORs allow a bit more expenditure on all of them, I think about 15%.

I agree with getting better, just post your SOA on here and we can let you know whether it is likely to go through. All ORs adjust a little bit anyway.
