Tax Code and excess

Hi folks,
Thanks for all previous invaluble help. Just finished a 3 day work trial and 98% certain (couple of formalaties) got the job, after 6 months on dole.Just wondered will I get a nil tax code and what happens do I need to tell employer am Bankrupt? went BK via the L.I.L.A in Scotland on 24/3/09 and not heard a bean but said i would get a phone call after 6 months. All my creditors haven`t been informed as i had a jolly chap from a debt collectors on behalf of BOS came to my flat and had to phone someone for me and i quoted BK number. How much of excess wages will I have to pay.

Congratulations on the new job - fingers crossed! I'm not really sure how things work up in Scotland so can't help there.
