an end to the agony?.....not long now...

I'm a NRPP (as well as a PWC)...

NRP's daughter left college in June 2009, she turned 18 in July and starts her degree at university on 21st September - when should child benefit and, therefore, CSA liability cease?

(we were misinformed by CSA worker that liability ceased when she took her final exam in June and this is now part of an ongoing complaint).

Thanks in anticipation.

Ok, so are payments to CSA generally made in arrears? We normally pay on the 1st of the month so would our last payment be 1st October?

    Thanks Kellogs x

We will - we're not going to hold our breath until the CSA put it in writing that the liability has permanently ceased haha

Once we get that, we can then set up a standing order for his daughter's university allowance (aka beer money).
