Well not having had a reply to my email. I phoned them up (At my expense I may add) and they won't send out the extra bit's I'm missing without me sending the whole lot back (Two copies, one each for my niece and nephew.) As it has also now disappeared from the website and people have had their orders cancelled I can safely assume if I do sent it back, best I get is a refund. Shocking way to do things. Send out half bits and pieces of discounted stock on the assumption people won't go to the trouble of returning as it's cheap and you got the important bits. First and last order with Tescos.


EDIT: As I am writing this have had a reply to my email, which says the same thing.

Hi

I ordered one for my children and one for my nephew but when I checked the account this morning it is showing as order cancelled!! I telephoned Tescos and they said they cannot get the stock in and the computer runs at one hour behind orders so it could be that people were still ordering the dvd even when it was out of stock!!

Not too bothered as I was only getting them as they were cheap but an e-mail from Tescos stating they had cancelled the order would have been nice.
