I have a message in my orders bit asking me to contact them on 0870 607 6060 to confirm delivery.
err I don't think so LOL I've just checked and they haven't taken payment from my card yet either.
Doesn't look like I'll be getting my kits0 -

I just called them on this number and the lady said they are waiting for stocks to come in then they will despatch. She also said they don't take the money off your card until they despatch them. There is still hope0 -

Thanks to the OP for this - it looked like a great deal.
I placed an order for one (after several attempts) and the order showed up on my account area of their site. I then received the confirmation email but the quantity said zero and out of stock. I emailed them for clarification and they said they were out of stock and that I was welcome to re-order when they were put back on the website.
I've just telephoned the Customer Service (found a free phone alternative number using saynoto0870.com - don't know if I'm allowed to post the number but it was easy enough to find by searching on the 0870 number they give). I was told that my order was cancelled and the chap tried but said the system would not allow him to order or reserve any. So basically, sorry but tough was the message given (though a little more politely!). Oh, and "you're welcome to put your complaint in writing".
Shame, as I'd have really liked one of these bargains!0 -
Remember if they don't send them then if we all complain they might just do after the Gamecube incident in 2004;)

Well they might have told you wrong then as i called them again to find out why i haven't got confirmation and to generally find out about the order and she couldn't find any details on my account.When she then asked for the item ordered and i told her it was the dyson clean up kit she then said ahh that's why.The internet team are dealing with it but are having trouble getting supplies in and they will contact me soon via email.I did ask if it was the correct price or a mistake and she what were they a £ and i said yeah to which she said yeah that was the correct price:):jDarren0 -
