Sorry Diamonds I have just altered my original message. I got the order number immediately, not a confirmation. I then waited ten minutes before looking on my account to see if it was there and it was. I ordered a new Dyson from them 10 days ago but never received confirmation, just had an order number. Therefore I wonder if they don't send out confirmations for electrical goods .
