Have you checked your account online with Tesco?

Mine took about 20 minutes to come through if that helps?

Thanks for this, had to try 7 times before my order was accepted - I had to opt not to store my card details for next time. Very strange system they must have, but fingers crossed that we all get this. All we have to do now is plan our parties!

Thanks OP and also Frogling, for some bizarre reason not storing card details worked for me too.

Unfortunately to get back to the page I had to add another kit ( ludite alert!), so now I've got 5 on order! Thankfully we've got 2 dysons and inlaws, outlaws both have one.
