BR information - paperwork??!!

Me again - does anyone know what I should do if I dont have all the paperwork asked for? I dont think I have all my bank statements, I can order them, but don't know how long they will take... and I definitely dont have a lot of my loan documentation from years ago since loans were included in IVA we have moved house, they were all bundled together and we cant find them anywhere... Panicking once more....!!!:(:(

Don't worry if you don't have any/all of your statements. The OR can obtain these directly from your creditors. If you have concluded that bankruptcy is your only option, then it's best not to delay the process further. Good luck.

Dont Panic!!

I kept all of my financial mess from my hubby & didnt even admit it all to him till a few weeks before I went br (we have totally separate financial affairs) So I shredded just about everything to do with the mess I was in.

I told the or this when I had my telephone interview last week & she was fine about it all, as the or can request any info from the cc company.
