I owe 10k to the mortgage company and they have issued an eviction order. I have proof that i will recieve 13k lump sum in january. This cannot be assigned and has to be in my name. Is there any way I can arrange for my bank- Natwest- to ringfence the money to assure the motgage company of payment?
Many thanks

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com:hello:0 -
Where is the money coming from?
Has your existing lender actually got the eviction order, if so what date is set for actual eviction?
January is a long time for any lender to wait for their money, are you able to make a payment arrangement in the meantime?
What circumstances have led to that amount of arrears?
Who is the lender?
