Well, thats pretty much my whole question really. Does anyone know if you can make home made wine with frozen or cooked fruit. I vaguely think not but we have a ton of frozen plums & no-one with a constitution that can manage them.
Thanks alot

Hi Panda,
To be honest I don't know, but according to my neighbour the owner of this site: Homemade winemaking for beginners is very helpful and will answer questions by e-mail.

You can make wine from anything that has a sugar content .
Plum wine is excellant and can be distilled with a the aid of a simple flask and cooling coil into Plum Brandy !

Thank you both ( i notice the buttons are back too !)
I'll have a look around on that site for guidance anyway as its a few years since i did anything like this.
I particularly like the sound of the Plum Brandy, I dont suppose you have a website to guide me to for that particular experiment ????
Thanks again
