I've often used frozen lamb loin chops, lamb leg joints, frozen pork chops and frozen chicken breasts for curry, without any problem.

Donald russell is brilliant! Great quality and they have a sale on! I posted a thread about them just now too! They apparently shock freeze so there is no water etc!
