Living room is looking much better. Think my hoover is giving up the ghost though:o Doesnt seem nearly as good as it used to be.

Well I have made some short crust pastry (posh stuff for a change , a la Jamie Oliver) to rest in preparation for the apple and blackberry pie (s) that I will make tomorrow, and am about to make meringues with the 4 egg whites (to have with strawbs and rasps that I got cheaply in Lidl). Also plan to make some blueberry muffins if my back can take it . Seems I am baker smurf indeed today .
