i bought a £1000 or so item a couple of months ago and returned it as it was unsuitable (description was wrong on site). still got the points!0 -
I done the same with a laptop. He asked for my clubcard when returning but never got the points taken off0

I must look very suspect - I took back a wireless keyboard and mouse less then £20 and couldn't have a replacement so got a refund - the points were taken back (or at least they said they were reclaiming them). But then again I do shop in Cumbernauld.....NO FARMS = NO FOOD0
