Todays' book is 'The Glucose Revolution' - seems to be linked to glycemic index (GI), sports science etc - might appeal to those in serious sports training or with an interest in nutrition.

I've had two books from the 'free book' deal - bought nothing else from the site, and I was very happy with those two purchases.
